1) Expand your toolkit for coping with the hard feelings that a change in money circumstances can bring. If we don't give ourselves space to feel the unpleasant feelings, then the mainstream capitalist culture will try to calcify those feelings and turn us against each other.
2) Make intentional decisions about what to prioritize with your money. Fix your teeth! Buy a better mattress! And of course we want to build in sustainable mutual aid for our loved ones and communities.
3) Create realistic safety nets for yourself, in case your income changes again or a financial emergency comes up for you or a loved one.
4) Understand what personal finance topics are worth learning about, and when. "Personal finance" is a huge and broad topic, and I don't want you to get bogged down in the pieces that are less urgent or helpful. I do want you to increase your knowledge over time in a strategic and useful way.
The price is a sliding scale $10 - $50 - $100.
